1. After-sales service personnel must establish the concept that customer satisfaction is the standard of inspection service work, they must do their best to serve users, and they are never allowed to contradict users and have quarrels with users.
2. Actively, enthusiastically and patiently answer various questions raised by users in the service, and teach common sense of maintenance. If the user's questions cannot be answered, they should explain patiently and report to the after-sales service headquarters for assistance in solving them.
3. Service personnel should be civilized, courteous, take the initiative to serve, and establish a good relationship with users.
4. Within the scope of our company's services, we will give a clear answer within 2 hours of receiving user information, and ensure that the repair center is located within 24 hours in the city, 48 hours in general areas, and 72 hours in remote areas. (Except for remote areas or due to force majeure)
5. Never allow service personnel to ask users for financial or disguised unreasonable demands.
6. The service personnel must accurately judge the failure of the product and repair it in time, and do not allow the same problem to be repaired repeatedly.
7. After the service personnel have completed their work tasks, they must fill in the "After-sales Service Report Form" carefully and carefully, and users must be asked to fill in the after-sales service satisfaction survey form.
8. For the quality problems of externally transferred products or accessories, in principle, the after-sales service headquarters will coordinate the procurement department to solve them by the external manufacturers.
9. For major quality problems, feedback to the relevant departments of the company to solve them.
